WeddingoW Connects you with the Wedding Service Providers you need for your wedding, with All the Service Providers in one place you can easily compare, read reviews and choose the best way to contact the best service providers you choose.

2. Is there any service fees?

Weddingow is free and will always be. If anyone asks you to pay money in Weddingow's name, please Contact Us .

3. How to Register in Weddingow?

Register in Weddingow by clicking Here to Register or by clicking on "Join Now" at the top of the website. Choose to register as a "Single user", fill your info and click on Register Now. You can also register with your Google or Facebook account.

4. I have an existing Weddingow account, how do I log in?

If you need to log-in to your existing account, just click here and enter your email address and password in the "Login Now" area. If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" button and we'll help you to create a new password.

5. How it works?

Choose the Category you are looking for from our service providers categories, Compare the service providers while you can see their info, photos, videos and packages. Click on the "Display contact info" button in any service providers page to view their Facebook & Instagram accounts or to choose from the available ways to contact them.

7. What is Facebook Messenger chat?

Some Service Providers enable Facebook Messenger chat on their accounts. After you approve that Weddingow can use it with you, you can chat with the provider directly from our website. At the end of the chat, you will find the chat in your Facebook Messenger chats. This is an easy and hassle free to chat with providers and keep record of your chats.

8. A service provider is putting fake packages prices

If you contacted a service provider and you found him telling you different packages prices from that on his profile please Click here to Contact Us .

9. I added a review for a service provider and it didn't appear on the reviews, What happened?

To avoid fake reviews, every review needs to be reviewed by Weddingow team. Don't worry it will reviewed and will appear on the reviews section once approved.

10. I can't review a service provider, why is that?

You need to login to review a Service Provider. If you don't have an account please register first and then review the Service provider. If you are logged in, you need to add a star rating and a written review to be accepted as a review.

11. How does the Favourite listing works?

First of all, to create a Favourite listing you need to create an account on Weddingow. If you already have an account you need to be logged in to add or delete Service providers to your favourite list. You can add any interesting Service Provider to your favourite listing by pressing the heart button in the category search page. To access your favourite list, hover over your account name and avatar at the top right of the website and choose "Profile Settings". Here you can check the providers you have added and delete any of them.

3. Is there any service fees?

Weddingow has 4 packages to suit your needs and expectations. One of the packages is free. To check the packages, you need to be signed in, and hover over your name and avatar at the top right of the website and choose update package.

4. How to Register in Weddingow?

Register in Weddingow by clicking Here to Register or by clicking on "Join Now" at the top of the website. Choose to register as a "Company" or a "Professional", fill your info and click on Register Now.

5. I have an existing Weddingow account, how do I log in?

6. How it works?

After registering your service, Go to "Dashboard" >> "update package" and choose the best package that suits you (There is also a free package if you aren't ready to invest yet.) Our team will start the approving process and the verification process. Now, you can go to "Dashboard" >> "Profile settings" and fill your profile, this is the data that your customers will view so do your best to inspire them. Also add your services from "Dashboard" >> "Manage services" Now, Get ready to receive the customers emails, calls and messages through your social networks. Remember that you can add Facebook customer chat to your profile from "Dashboard" >> "Profile settings". This is the easiest way to chat with your customers on WeddingoW.

7. What are the dimensions and Max size of the profile photo and the Banner Photo ?

Profile photo: 370*270 px Banner Photo: 1920*500 px Maximum upload size is 3MB, Please use this siteor this site to compress your images. Lower size images guarantees higher view rates.

8. How to add Facebook Customer Chat?

You can do that in 3 easy steps: 1. Whitelist WeddingoW.com: Navigate to your page, click on "Settings", click on the “MESSENGER PLATFORM” tab and whitelist "https://weddingow.com/". Click the SAVE button. (check the screenshot below). 2. Find your Facebook Page ID: Navigate back to your page, click on the About tab, and scroll to the bottom of the page. There, you will see your page ID (It should be a number as shown on the screenshot). 3. Add your Facebook page ID to Weddinow.com: Go to "Dashboard" >> "Profile Settings" and scroll to Facebook customer chat and add your page ID. Now you are all done, Happy Chatting.

9. How Can I track the users actions on my profile?

Go to "Dashboard" >> "Insights" where you can find 3 numbers: 1. "Contact Forms Sent" This is the number of contact forms filled and sent by WeddingoW users to your registered email. 2. "Your Contacts Viewed" This is the number of times the users have clicked on the "Display contact info." on your profile. 3. "Profile Views" this is the number of times people have viewed your profile on WeddingoW.

10. What are the available Payment Methods?

Currently you can pay through one of the following payment methods: 1. QNB Bank deposit. (No extra fees) 2. Al Ahly Bank deposit. (No extra fees) 3. Vodafone Cash. (add 1% Vodafone fees) 4. Orange Money. (add 2% Orange fees) The detailed account numbers will be sent to after your cart checkout.
